Vocación Educativa was founded to train early childhood educators and recreation and free time leaders by offering a high level of motivation and preparation which no doubt will have an impact on their daily work with children and their wellbeing.
Projects
The WorkandLife Group develops its own internal training plan through Vocación Educativa, which was established out of the need for quality training for Early Childhood Education educators. The custom-designed training offer is developed based on a single methodology which previously analyzes the needs and demands of the Education Teams and organizations where they work to adjust each training activity to their characteristics. Some of our educators are trained as trainers to offer Early Childhood Education courses internally for their own colleagues as well as in other pre-schools and schools.
At the beginning of 2015, the Vocación Educativa Association started up an Innovation Laboratory to make progress in research, designing, planning, implementing and creating materials for Early Childhood Education and bring prestige to teaching in and outside the academic world. The Innovation Laboratory is comprised of a dynamic group of professionals in Early Childhood Education who engage in a number of projects, focusing their efforts on researching and establishing new lines of work that arise in the classroom to meet children’s needs.
