A Comprehensive Service. Loyalty clubs, Leaders’ Community, CRM.

Alongside managing the spaces of our playrooms, we spread awareness for the services we offer through our general Marketing Plan. Promoting our Children’s Clubs, the planned activities and any other event conducted in the Child’s Playroom and in other locations on site to supplement the activities.

The main goals are:

  • To spread awareness for the service and the Children’s Club.
  • To foster the use of the Children’s Playroom by family customers and get them to come back.
  • Attract children to the Club and create a desire to participate in it and stay at the shopping mall longer.

 

Besides offering communication services such as social media, newsletters and content marketing, we have tools that can optimize the service such as our Children’s Playroom Management Application and Leaders’ Community.
